About The Union Story Collection

The Wisconsin Union, encompassing both Memorial Union and Union South, was created to facilitate connections between students, faculty, staff, visitors and alumni through shared cultural, social, and recreational experiences. These connections and experiences are the stories that create the foundation of the Union.

This collection shares stories from both past and present, including profiles of those who have impacted the ever-evolving Wisconsin Union. As the Union continues to strive to maintain relevance and provide value to UW students, this exhibit will also evolve, change, and expand. New stories will be created with each new connection made.
